I’m a proud mom of two amazing kids—a 14-year-old son and a 5-year-old daughter—who inspire me every single day. Our family also includes Ranger, my loyal German Shepherd, and three cats (Cain, Lilly, and Axel). I’m a big animal lover, and when I’m not coaching or training, you can usually find me riding horses.

My fitness journey started with running—I competed in cross country and track through high school and college, which built the foundation for my athletic career. While in college, I discovered my love for bodybuilding and personal training, landing my first training job at Gold’s Gym in 2010. From there, I dove into women’s bodybuilding and proudly earned my IFBB Pro Card in 2013.

After competing, I explored elite Spartan racing before finding my true passion in CrossFit. I fell in love with it in 2018 and eventually opened my own CrossFit affiliate in 2022.

Through it all, one thing has remained constant: my passion for helping others discover their strength, confidence, and true potential. Remember—YOU ARE WORTH IT. I can’t wait to support you on your journey toward your health and fitness goals!
